Prior to booking

To help us tailor your journey with care, please provide the following details:
- Dates — When you'd like your Companion to join you
- Occasion — The nature of your trip: business, leisure, or indulgence
- Destination — Where you’ll be traveling, including accommodations
- Outline — An overview of your time together—dinners, events, and excursions.
As host, you are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including airfare, transportation, accommodations, meals, and entertainment. These are in addition to the Companion’s booking rate. For privacy and discretion, all flights are arranged by our team.
To confirm your Companion’s travel, the following is required:
- Deposit — 25% of the Companion’s rate is required
- Airfare — Flights must be paid in full at the time of confirmation
To ensure your Companion's comfort, we ask that the following be observed:
- Independent access — Your Companion must be able to come and go freely. This includes room keys, access codes, or any necessary on-site credentials.
- Personal downtime — Allow at least 2 hours per day for rest and self-care
- Uninterrupted rest — Ensure 6–8 hours of uninterrupted sleep daily.
- Wardrobe consideration — Let us know in advance if any specific attire will be required. If your plans shift—such as adding a formal event—be prepared to provide or purchase any items your Companion may not have brought.
